Mattress King Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Mattress King. We appreciate your business and for giving us a chance to provide you with our great sleep products. We hold ourselves to the highest standard and are confident that you’ll be pleased with your purchase.

However, if you are dissatisfied or have purchased something in error, please review our Return Policy for each product below. If your purchase meets the terms of our policy, contact us and we’ll be happy to process your return.

Standard Return Policy

We believe that you will love your newest purchase from Mattress King, but there may be certain instances where one of our products may not be exactly what you were looking for. If this is the case, please read the following terms related to returning a product.

Customers can return their purchases within 3 days for a full refund as long as the product is in factory-new condition. As long as the return meets our criteria, we’re happy to give you your money back and help process any additional orders or exchanges.

What qualifies as “factory-new?” Any undamaged product still in its factory sealed packaging can be returned within 3 days of the initial date when you took possession of the product. We will give you in-store credit or issue a full refund of your payment amount to your original payment method.

If you have passed the three day return period or the product isn’t in its original factory sealed packaging, please refer to the individual product return/trial policies below:

Mattress Return Policy

All of our mattresses are eligible for a trial period, depending on the mattress you purchase. While some offer a 14 night trial period, the majority of our mattresses come with a 100 night trial. To determine the trial length of a mattress, take a look at the in-store product price card or the trial badge on the mattress product page on our website.

Keep in mind, we do not offer returns outside of the Standard Return Policy; returns can only be executed on comfort exchanges if you meet the specific guidelines:

Comfort Exchanges:

If you’re not completely satisfied - for any reason - within the first 100 nights* of sleeping on your new Mattress King mattress, you are able to exchange your current mattress for a different mattress of the same size. In order to be eligible, you must purchase a mattress protector during the same transaction as the original purchase of the mattress. We allow one exchange per purchase. If you exchange your mattress for a lower-priced model, you will receive a refund for the difference, minus the delivery charge.

Additionally, Mattress King’s delivery service must be used to facilitate the exchange, with the delivery charge being based on your location. Per the terms of the policy, you may not bring the mattress to a Mattress King location for the exchange. The mattress you wish to exchange must be fully inspected, insect-free, and stain-free prior to approval of the exchange, as returned mattresses are often donated to charity.

Pillow Return Policy

All of our pillows are eligible for a 21 day trial period from the initial date of possession. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 21 nights of sleeping on your new Mattress King pillow, you may exchange it for a different pillow. We allow for one exchange per original purchase. The customer is responsible for returning the pillow they wish to exchange. Additionally, we are now offering returns on unopened, factory-new pillows within 3 days of the date of possession.

Note: You must provide the original receipt showing proof of purchase in order to be eligible for returns and exchanges.

Sheet Return Policy

All of our sheets and bedding are eligible for a 21 day trial period from the initial date of possession. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 21 nights of sleeping on your new Mattress King sheets, you may return them for a full refund. We allow for one return per original purchase. The customer is responsible for returning the sheets.

Mattress Protector Return Policy

We do not offer a trial period on mattress protectors or refunds outside of our Standard Return Policy.

Adjustable Base Return Policy

We do not offer a trial period on adjustable bases or refunds outside of our Standard Return Policy.

Bed Frames Return Policy

We do not offer a trial period on any bed frames (this includes metal bed frames, platform frames, foundations and furniture) or refunds outside of our Standard Return Policy.
