My fiancé and I had great customer service from Alan. He never pressured us to buy a mattress on the first day we were looking, but he still took the time to help us find the right one. We came back months later ready to make the purchase, and he remembered us! He helped us in our purchase and scheduled our delivery date. Even the mattress delivery was great! We got a phone call and text notification to let us know they were on their way. The process was quick and efficient. We'll definitely make future purchases from Mattress King!

Stopped in on 7/11 to buy a bed for our son at 10:00 am. We were met by Eric W who was super informative and made our buying experience quick and efficient. The whole experience took about 20 min and we had the bed delivered to the house and set up by the Mattress King staff by 3:30 same day. I was super impressed! They have my business for life!

Great customer service, I used their 100 day switch out mattress offer, slept on the first one for about 3 weeks and decided to get a different one. Both trips out to deliver the mattress the delivery guys were so polite, courteous, and nice conversations. They were more than willing to answer all my questions and did not make me feel like I was keeping them from their next stop. My salesman Alan was just as nice and courteous to deal with. All the way around from start to finish this place was a plus plus I totally recommend them to anybody. And I know you want to know so "NO" they're not in the store wearing crowns on their heads, which would be really cool but they're still totally awesome!

We had the best experience here. The little lady (Terry) who works there is wonderful and great to conversate with. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quality mattress and decent prices to go here.

I shopped my share of the 'other' mattress stores and decided to shop the Mattress King store first in Norman then Oklahoma City on Portland. Both stores were well lit, spotless and well laid out. The sales staff were courteous as well as knowledgeable. We found the bedding we liked on the showroom but loved it in our bedroom. The delivery went exactly as promised and the young gentlemen that delivered and set up the bedding and adjustable bases were very professional and polite. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up all of their packing materials and helped by moving out the existing bed frame. They took the time to instruct me on the new adjustable bases, which by the way does everything but wash the dishes. I give Mattress King 5 stars, the sales group 5 stars, the delivery guys 5 stars and our new bedding 8.324 stars

I can't say enough about my great experience with Mattress King on Portland on OKC. Larry helped us completely with a great attitude. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and just plain friendly. The delivery was perfect. The young men were timely, courteous and explained everything. I will definitely recommend Mattress King!

Staff was extremely helpful, shopped around at 3 other stores. This was the first place that didn’t immediately take me to the most expensive mattress in the store. We were actually just browsing and pricing mattresses when we came in and left purchasing a mattress. Delivery was on time and even picked up our old mattress when other places said they wouldn’t take it with them. I’ve already recommended this place to all my family and friends to shop for their next mattress at. Honestly the fact that the staff didn’t immediately try to sell me a 10k mattress and asked what we were looking for and even directed us from mattresses we laid on was a relief. We found our perfect mattress that was under our price point.
