Sometimes even the highest quality products may fail, show early signs of wear, or have manufacturing defects - they’re hand-made after all. At MattressKing, we stand by our commitment to help you get your best night’s sleep. If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process. It’s important to know that your warranty is covered by the manufacturer, not by MattressKing, and the process may differ depending on the product type and brand. Because we’re in the business of giving you peace of mind, we’ve set up a list of things to help you determine if there’s a defect that is covered and to help facilitate the process.
A warranty protects your purchase from defects in manufacturing – not from damage caused by use or normal wear & tear. You can find specific details on what is and isn’t covered on your manufacturer’s warranty card or by visiting our
product warranty page.
These warranties are non-transferable and only cover the original purchaser and must have been purchased directly from an authorized
Mattress King location.
In the event of a defect that is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines, we will need you to fill out a warranty claim form.
