Golden Mattress Company | 10-Year Limited Warranty

Overview

Golden Mattress Company warrants to the original purchaser that this mattress is free from defects in materials and workmanship (excluding the cover) for 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures the mattress remains serviceable under normal use. If a defect occurs within this period due to manufacturing issues—not misuse or neglect—we will replace the mattress at no cost to you. Refer to your mattress law tag for the exact warranty length.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress from Golden Mattress Company or an authorized retailer. It is non-transferable. If the mattress is sold or transferred, the warranty terminates, and the new owner accepts the product “as is” with all faults. Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of ownership.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers mattresses manufactured by Golden Mattress Company and purchased directly from Golden Mattress Company or its authorized retailers. It protects against defects in material and workmanship for the full 10-year period, specifically: (1) visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches not caused by an improper or unsupportive foundation, adjustable bed base, or bed frame; (2) manufacturing defects causing the foam or spring material to degrade, split, or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. This warranty is limited to one replacement per mattress purchased.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following: (1) normal wear, including indentations or sagging less than 1.5 inches, or a normal increase in foam softness that does not affect pressure-relieving qualities; (2) issues due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions, such as using an improper bed frame; (3) damage to the mattress structure or cover, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; (4) personal comfort preferences; (5) mattresses sold “as-is,” “preconditioned,” “reconditioned,” “used,” “returned,” “previously owned,” or any similar condition indicating the mattress is not new or of first quality.

Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect occurs, Golden Mattress Company will, at its discretion: (1) replace the defective mattress with a new Golden Mattress Company mattress of the same model and size at no cost to you; (2) if the model is discontinued, provide a credit equal to your original purchase price toward a new replacement mattress. All warranty claims, returns, and exchanges are handled through Golden Mattress Company retailers. Transportation, handling, and inspection costs associated with replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

To qualify for this warranty, you must meet the following requirements: (1) the mattress must be used on a firm, rigid, non-flexible surface, such as a matching foundation or adjustable bed base, with a proper bed frame that includes ample center support to handle the combined weight of the mattress and user(s); (2) you must provide photo evidence of the defect and proof of original purchase, such as a receipt.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. No warranties, expressed or implied (including warranties of merchantability or fitness), are extended to anyone who purchases this product from a non-authorized dealer, and all such warranties are excluded.

Overview

3Z Brands warrants to the original purchaser that this mattress, manufactured by 3Z Brands under the Helix, Brooklyn Bedding, or Southerland Sleep brands, is free from defects in materials and workmanship (excluding the cover) for the warranty period specified on your mattress law tag. For Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses, this is a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering the full period of your ownership, with non-prorated coverage for the first 10 years and prorated coverage thereafter. For Southerland Sleep mattresses, the warranty period is 10 years, with non-prorated coverage for the full 10 years. This warranty applies to the following mattresses: Helix Standard Mattress, Helix Kids Mattress, Helix Plus Mattresses, Helix Luxe Mattresses, Helix Elite Mattresses, Birch and Birch Luxe Natural Mattresses, Brooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid, Aurora Luxe, Sedona Elite, BB Kids, CopperFlex Collection, Brooklyn Essential, Plank Firm Mattresses, Titan Plus Mattresses, Spartan, Dreamfoam Mattresses, 4” Sleeper Sofa, EcoSleep Mattresses, and all Southerland Sleep mattresses. If a defect occurs within the warranty period due to manufacturing issues—not misuse or neglect—we will repair or replace the mattress based on the terms outlined below. This warranty applies only to mattresses located in the United States (excluding U.S. territories) or Canada.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the mattress from Mattress King or an authorized retailer of 3Z Brands (under the Helix, Brooklyn Bedding, or Southerland Sleep brands). It is non-transferable. If the mattress is sold or transferred, the warranty terminates, and the new owner accepts the product “as is” with all faults. Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of ownership.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers mattresses manufactured by 3Z Brands under the Helix, Brooklyn Bedding, or Southerland Sleep brands and purchased directly from Mattress King or an authorized 3Z Brands retailer. It protects against defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty period, specifically: (1) visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches not caused by an improper or unsupportive foundation, adjustable bed base, or bed frame; (2) manufacturing defects causing the foam or spring material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling; (3) manufacturing defects in the assembly of the mattress cover. Normal wear requires that the mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame, with slats no more than 5 inches apart for Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses or 5.5 inches apart for Southerland Sleep mattresses, sufficient to support the combined weight of the mattress and user(s). Removing the mattress cover will void this warranty.

Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect occurs, Mattress King, in coordination with 3Z Brands, will, at its discretion:

(1) For Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses: (a) during years 1–10, repair or replace the defective mattress with a new mattress of the same model and size at no cost to you; (b) during years 11–15, replace the mattress at a prorated charge of 50% of the then-current retail price of the same model and size; (c) during years 16–20, replace the mattress at a prorated charge of 60% of the then-current retail price; (d) from year 21 onward, replace the mattress at a prorated charge of 75% of the then-current retail price.

(2) For Southerland Sleep mattresses: during the 10-year warranty period, repair or replace the defective mattress with a new mattress of the same model and size at no cost to you.

If a model is discontinued, a replacement of similar build and design or a credit equal to your original purchase price toward a new mattress will be provided. Replaced or repaired mattresses are subject to the same warranty terms, with the warranty period starting from the original purchase date. All warranty claims, returns, and exchanges are handled through Mattress King.

Your Responsibilities

To qualify for this warranty, you must meet the following requirements: (1) the mattress must be used on a firm, solid surface, such as a matching foundation or adjustable bed base, with a proper bed frame that supports the combined weight of the mattress and user(s), with slats no more than 5 inches apart for Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses or 5.5 inches apart for Southerland Sleep mattresses; (2) you must provide proof of the original purchase date and, for Helix and Brooklyn Bedding mattresses in years 11 and beyond, pay the applicable prorated replacement charge; (3) you must submit photo evidence of the defect through the warranty claim form on the Mattress King website, as Mattress King may request this in lieu of returning the mattress. Transportation, handling, and inspection costs associated with replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 3Z Brands limits the duration of any implied warranties to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. 3Z Brands’ total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the mattress, and 3Z Brands is not liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages unless required by law.

Adjustable Bases

Innova Warranty | 20-Year Limited Warranty

Overview

Innova Sleep Products, Inc. (“Innova”) warrants to the original purchaser that this adjustable base, including the 4.0 Pro, 3.0 Plus, 2.0 Basic, and 1.0 Starter models, is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 20 years from the warranty commencement date. The warranty commencement date is the date of purchase for new, unused adjustable bases, or the date of manufacture for bases used as floor or display models (resulting in a shorter warranty period for floor models). This warranty is structured as follows: full coverage in Year 1, parts-only coverage in Year 2 with the purchaser responsible for service and transportation costs, and prorated coverage for mechanical parts (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors) in Years 3–20. If a defect occurs within the warranty period due to manufacturing issues—not misuse, neglect, or damage—we will repair or replace the adjustable base based on the terms outlined below. This warranty applies only to adjustable bases located in the United States (excluding U.S. territories) or Canada.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the adjustable base from Mattress King or an authorized Innova retailer. It is non-transferable. If the adjustable base is sold or transferred, the warranty terminates, and the new owner accepts the product “as is” with all faults. Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of ownership.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers adjustable bases manufactured by Innova, including the 4.0 Pro, 3.0 Plus, 2.0 Basic, and 1.0 Starter models, purchased directly from Mattress King or an authorized Innova retailer. It protects against defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty period, specifically: (1) in Year 1, any defects in materials or workmanship across all parts of the adjustable base; (2) in Year 2, any defects in materials or workmanship across all parts, with the purchaser responsible for service and transportation costs; (3) in Years 3–20, defects in mechanical parts (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors), with the purchaser responsible for service, transportation, and prorated costs. Normal wear requires that the adjustable base be used on a firm, solid surface structurally capable of supporting its weight and the user(s).

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following: (1) normal wear and tear that does not affect the functionality of the adjustable base; (2) issues due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions, such as improper setup or use on an unsuitable surface; (3) damage to the adjustable base, including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; (4) personal comfort preferences; (5) adjustable bases sold by unauthorized resellers; (6) adjustable bases sold “as-is,” “preconditioned,” “reconditioned,” “used,” “returned,” “previously owned,” or any similar condition indicating the adjustable base is not new or of first quality; (7) issues determined to be damage rather than a manufacturing defect, with all inspection and correction costs being the responsibility of the requesting party; (8) in Years 3–20, defects in electronics, electrical components, drive motors, or massage motors.

Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect occurs, Mattress King, in coordination with Innova, will, at its discretion:

(1) In Year 1: repair or replace the defective adjustable base or part at no cost to you, with Innova covering all authorized labor and transportation costs.

(2) In Year 2: replace the defective part at no cost to you, with you responsible for all service and transportation costs associated with the replacement.

(3) In Years 3–20: replace defective mechanical parts (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors), with you responsible for: (a) all service and transportation costs; (b) a prorated cost calculated as 1/20 of the current replacement cost of the part multiplied by the number of years used (e.g., in Year 5, you pay 5/20 or 25% of the part’s current cost).

If a part or model is discontinued, a replacement of similar build and design or a credit equal to your original purchase price toward a new adjustable base will be provided. Replaced or repaired adjustable bases are subject to the same warranty terms, with the warranty period starting from the original warranty commencement date. All warranty claims, returns, and exchanges are handled through Mattress King.

Your Responsibilities

To qualify for this warranty, you must meet the following requirements: (1) the adjustable base must be used on a firm, solid surface structurally capable of supporting its weight and the user(s); (2) you must provide proof of the original purchase date or, for floor models, the manufacture date; (3) you must submit photo evidence of the defect through the warranty claim form on the Mattress King website, as Mattress King may request this in lieu of returning the adjustable base; (4) in Year 2, you must pay all service and transportation costs for replacement parts; (5) in Years 3–20, you must pay all service, transportation, and prorated costs for replacement mechanical parts.

Innova limits the duration of any implied warranties to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Innova’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the adjustable base, and Innova is not liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages unless required by law.

Arbitration

Disputes arising from this warranty must be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), located at www.adr.org or reachable at 1-800-778-7879.
